Update: work is still work, and I'm going home for thanksgiving tomorrow.

So, a brief update. The church was really really super cool, very welcoming, and most of the people I met seemed to be "the real thing". They have a worship on the first wed. of every month and the rest of the time meet in small groups in people's houses or at coffee shops, which is really awsome cause thats how the church was when it started. Well... not the coffee shops maybe. I did something I'd never done before too, gave my testimony so to speak, though I really don't like that phrase, cause it sounds like you've reached your destination and I'm still very much in transit. But anyway, it scared me half to death but I really felt like I should and its something I've been fighting for a long time, God always wins in the end :-p So yeah, super cool church, and I think I've finally found one I can attend, that going home every other weekend won't mess things up for. Other than that things are going fairly well, not going to say much more because I managed to sand my thumb good and proper at work. Instead of a nice curve from side to tip like this ( it looks a little more like this / Owchie.
